Shipping
What is the delivery time for each product?
It takes about 7-10 days from the date of payment since it is shipped from Korea. Please note that it may change due to various circumstances.
Only some of the products I purchased were shipped.
If the product you purchased is difficult to pack in one box, it will be sent separately in two or more boxes,
and some products may be sent first. Please note that the delivery date may vary by 1-2 days.
How do I wash the products?
The washing method differs by material and product. Please check the washing method on each product page or the care label after receiving the product and wash accordingly.
What is the exchange and return process?
You can return the product you requested. In case of change of mind, you have to pay the shipping cost, If it is a manufacturing defect, we will exchange/return the product for free, but if it is due to your careless handling, you will have to pay the shipping cost.
I want to exchange/return a used product, is it possible?
If the product has been used or washed, it may be difficult to exchange/return it.
Please consider carefully before using it.
Can I wash the Surrr Pillow P17?
Yes, you can. After removing the latex memory foam, the pillow can be machine washed.
Is there an additional cost for shipping?
There may be additional shipping charges in some areas. Please refer to the instructions after purchase.
