- Machine wash your wool coat at a temperature of 30 degrees or less using mild detergent.
- Do not boil or soak the product in water. This may cause migration and discoloration.
- Never use a hot air dryer.
- Due to the nature of the material, frequent washing is not recommended as it may cause shrinkage.
- We recommend using a washing machine with a capacity of 19 kg or more.
- Avoid direct sunlight and dry in a well-ventilated shade.

Exchange and return period

- Within 7 days from the date of receipt. However, if the goods or services are supplied later than when the
written notice is received, it is within 7 days from the day the goods or services are supplied or the supply
of goods or services begins.
- If the contents of the goods or services supplied are different from the contents of the display or
advertisement or are performed differently from the contract, you may withdraw your subscription within 3
months from the date you received the goods or services or within 30 days from the date you knew or
could have known.

Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible

- If the goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to reasons responsible to the user (however, if the packaging,
etc. is damaged in order to check the contents of the goods, etc.)
- If the value of the Goods, etc. has been significantly reduced by use or partial consumption by the User
- If the value of the Goods has decreased significantly over time to the extent that resale is difficult.
- If the packaging of goods that can be duplicated is damaged.
- If irreparable damage to the seller is expected in the event of withdrawal, such as goods produced
according to individual orders.
